Dua Lipa was born 22nd August 1995 in London United Kingdom. After working as a fashion model her decision was to join Warner Bros Records and release her debut album entitled "Dua Lipa" in 2017. It peaked at 3rd place at the U.K. Albums Chart and was followed by eight singles, including Be the One I.D.G.A.F as well as the U.K. top-ranked track New Rules which peaked at sixth on the charts in the United States. Lipa is the recipient of Brit Awards 2018 for two categories: British Female Artist and British Breakthrough Act. Furthermore, the platinum album has been praised throughout the world. Dua Lipa was conceived in London with Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa rexha (mother) and Dukagjin Lilipa (father). Her maternal grandmother is Bosnian.
